She is able to enjoy being outside to greet friends and neighbors.

NOVEMBER 2000

The home health aide reported that her patient tripped.

DECEMBER 2000

After several unreported falls, erroneous medication, neglect, and abuse, she suffered a stroke.

JANUARY 2001

She died on January 5, 2001.
